WHAT CONSTITUTES A MEMBERSHIP?
Membership dues entitles the member and his or her spouse and minor dependent sons and daughters to all club privileges.
CAN I SELL MY MEMBERSHIP?
No. Memberships may be passed only to a spouse, son or daughter upon approval of the Board of Directors.
WHAT IF I LOSE MY BADGE?
Additional badges may be ordered through the Secretary. The cost of the badge(s) plus mailing cost will be billed to the member.
CAN I BRING MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE TO THE LAKES?
Yes, but one membership may have only 4 fishing guests on any one day.
CAN I USE MY KAYAK OR CANOE ON THE LAKES?
No. Only kick propelled flotation devices (belly boats or pontoon kick craft) are allowed.
CAN I BRING MY TRAILER UP EARLY AND LEAVE IT IN A CAMPING SPOT?
No. Tents and trailers in camping spots must be occupied daily.
CAN I BRING A FIREARM AND SHOOT IT ON CLUB PROPERTY AT THE LAKES?
No, but there is a basic firearm range you can use just outside the entrance to the lakes.

Verizon works most places at the lakes; other carriers are not predictable.

Fire rings are at each campsite; the club follows Teller County fire restrictions, if any. Member is responsible for ensuring campfires are dead out if they are not physically present at the campsite.
CAN I USE TREBLE HOOKS?
Yes, but the club really frowns on this practice. if you release a fish caught on a treble hook there is a very high mortality rate. Using single hooks and releasing allows the club members more opportunities to catch fish. (See TROUT HANDLING)
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FIND A TRESPASSER?
Ask them to leave. If you can, take a photo of the trespasser and their vehicle. Report the trespasser to the Caretaker or any Director. If they won't leave you can call the Teller County Sheriff.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I SEE A MEMBER VIOLATING CLUB RULES?
It is up to all members to help enforce the rules. Usually just having a chat with the person and pointing out the rule solves the problem. If the member is arrogant and refuses to comply, inform the Caretaker, Chairman or any Director.
